The catering was a bit sparse and not up to standard. They ran out of milk and were slow with the hot water aswell.

The level of competition was good.
However, Really disappointed in the catering especially for 'out-of-towners' who could not pop home for lunch - only toasted sandwiches - expensive! Also, often no stock (cokes, coffee etc)
Also, disappointed to have to play my last match with used balls (really bad: I wouldn't even use those balls for a social game - they were properly DONE!) and then hear the announcement that new balls left over were on sale!

Thank you for a great tournament. I would like to request that new balls be used for the back draw as well, as the back draw also counts for ranking points, and the balls get so light that it could affect the outcome of a match. Thanks

When there is more than 1 venue AVAILABLE, like in this case Belgrave, the venue should be stuck to for the same age group for the duration of the tournament. Although it is good to see everyone together the logistics do not always work out for the better when a group plays at one venue on day 1 and another on day 2.

All of us pay the same and would like new balls for the back draw as well. The balls are so light and just fly off the racket, so the result may not be a true reflection. The back draw also counts for ranking points, so every round should be supplied with new balls. The venue was good and atmosphere was good. Thank you.

Using Rietondale, Tuks and Belgrave worked really well as the courts are in much better shape than Groenkloof and matches at Rietondale progressed really fast due to the vast amount of available courts. Please consider doing it again in future. Communication around Friday scheduling was poor though.

I have an issue with new balls only given to the main draw. The backdraw is just as important for ranking points. The entry is expensive and the tournament should provide new balls for all matches.
The venue is impressive and allows spectators a clear view to watch multiple games. Great choice, I would like to play more tennis at TUKS
