Non-Compliance will result is this "plus-one" rule being revoked immediately Entrance to the University of the Free State will only happen through Gate5 (Next to the Kovsie Church). No other gate will be allowed for entrance and the security will not let you through. Every vehicle entering the University needs a QR code.…
